Review on Spectra Premium MA101 Sensor Housing by Devon Dober

Everyone has told me so. I did not listen. I figured since it's a "premium" aftermarket it would work just as well. It's not like this. For some reason the 5.7 Vortec refuses to work properly with anything other than the original ACDelco MAF sensor. This one works, I had no codes. But when accelerating hard or towing a trailer, I experienced severe power surges, freezing, and weird shifting. I replaced all sorts of parts, refusing to believe this new MAF sensor was the culprit, to no avail. After biting the bullet and buying one from GM, everything was fixed. My reason for the 1 star rating is that after a week, when I mentioned this to the seller, I had no reply.
