Works as it should. Lead screw bearing inhibits use of Z axis knob.

Works as advertised. However if you use a knob at the top of your lead screw on your Ender 3, the lead screw bearing blocks your ability to put anything like a knob on top. It sits flush inside the bearing. Not a huge deal, but something to be aware of since that’s a common add on.
