I bought this in August as my first projector. I was blown away by the picture, sound and overall quality. Less than a month later, however, all those dead pixels appeared on the screen (when the media wasn't playing). It looked like a galaxy. So I asked for a replacement. It arrived in less than 2 days but immediately I noticed that half of the screen never comes into focus no matter what I do. So this time I contacted DBPOWER directly and what a disappointment. I've been waiting for over 2 weeks, texting back and forth with the CSR provided, and I can't even get an order status update or a tracking number to confirm a replacement is on the way. So today (17 days later) I finally gave in and asked for a full refund. This is very frustrating as I don't like posting bad reviews but I have received defective units sent to me twice and have been lied to. Shame.
