Rubbish, even 30 l/h is not available, keep your hands off it.
It's quiet, but I think that's because it produces almost no flow. Even in a bowl of water, it barely raises the water 2 inches even when surfacing above the surface. I connected it to my flow meter with a minimum value of 30 l/h and it didn't even register. It's garbage.
