Review on Columbia TurboDown Hooded Jacket for Men - Voodoo Falls 590 by Roberto Tucker

This jacket is WARM! I am an Appalachian Trail maintainer and recently wore this jacket on a designated area work hike. At the beginning of the trail the temperature was 15 degrees, the wind was about 16 km/h and I was wearing an underlayer and a hiking shirt underneath. After about 20 minutes I had to take off my coat because I was TOO hot. This jacket has become my favorite jacket for walking around town. Thanks to the new technology (combination of down and synthetic filling) I'm warmer than my heavier Mountain Hardwear hooded jacket ever was. Some people comment that the inside of the jacket looks like a disco ball, but the metal lining does a great job of reflecting your body heat.
