When I received the cleaver was sharp and I tried to cut the chicken wing and it bend so I not recommended for cut chicken or ribs. The cleaver still sharp but to cut meat and cho vegetables and fruits only

Better than advertised. cuts Veg so thin it''s see through. Same with Beef. Holds a great edge yet just enough flex in blade to do your work. F n Perfect. I''m now truly amazed at the price point. I have paid over $250.00 for much lesser knifes. Buy one if you are looking . F.Y.I. sharpen with steel only.
