I bought these for an 8 day trip to Oahu. We snorkeled almost every day for at least two to three hours a day. These whistles were amazing! The mask fits comfortably thanks to the soft edges and does not leak even with facial hair. It fogged up a bit, maybe every 20 minutes, but cleared up with a little rinsing. It lasted longer with one of the anti-fog methods, saliva, toothpaste etc. The tube worked perfectly as described. The dry-top valve kept the water out when submerged. No water came in and the waves washed over us from above. The silicone mouthpiece was comfortable to wear even after several hours of use. The bottom flush valve worked perfectly. Never had to get out of the water. I just got back to the surface and if water gets in just give it a little nudge with air and it will clear. The buckle came in handy when you ended the day and needed to store your gear in a mesh pocket. I bought a case separately to protect my glasses and the quick release buckle came in very handy. The fins fitted perfectly and allowed me to move quickly in the water. I could easily get from one end of Hanauma Bay to the other. I could keep up with schools of fish like I was one of them lol. It took a little more effort to keep up with the sea turtles. I tried bodyboarding with them, but quickly realized that Waimea Bay isn't the best place for bodyboarding with or without fins in December. All in all, this snorkel set is perfect. They are even compact enough to fit 3 sets in a personal bag under the seat on an airplane. I look forward to many more uses and as long as you take good care of your equipment it will serve you for many years to come.
