As Thanksgiving approached, I realized I needed a large surface area for a large group of 13 people. I read the reviews and chose this one, I really like this pan. This allowed me to cook multiple grilled cheeses at once, fry multiple French toasts, or fry multiple eggs at once. I just unplug the power cord and put the hob in the sink to rinse it off. It's easy to clean. I have used it several times for Thanksgiving breakfasts and family dinners and will continue to use it to prepare the same meals for other guests and guests. It helped to have a stress free vacation.
