I like that you can set reminders for each employee by email or text message, it's easy to send messages to multiple employees at once, as well as view all of their scheduled shifts in one place! It would be great if there was an option to have more than 1 week worth of information stored so we don't need to keep reloading pages every time something changes (e.g., adding/removing days from schedule).

Also, having to click "View" button after entering shift times into calendar makes me feel less confident about accuracy when submitting my data. As with any software program out there these things are bound to happen but overall this has been pretty helpful. For scheduling purposes its very useful because everything relating to our workers' schedules is kept organized here.
