Excellent quality. thick metal.

Solarson brand metal band is approximately 0.025 inch (I say approximately because my calipers don't quite match that third number). HG Garden's stainless steel pipe material is too thin. I'm assuming it's about 0.015 inches thick. This is a big difference when tensile strength is important.
