This product need some adjustments. Some little things like the edge from the dome of the flange going into the tube is a sharper angle instead of a gradual curve. Because of this, is pulls in the nipple and none of the areola making this very uncomfortable. Also this is not a 22mm flange! See my picture with this flange (left) compared to my 22mm flange for my other pump (right). They are different sizes!I am blessed to be an over supplier. With my original pump flange, I can pump 6 oz in 15 minutes. This flange I can maybe get 1 oz in 30 minutes. And it was painful.Now I understand every woman is different and some will react well to this but the size is definitely wrong.I will note that the dome shape is better than a cone shape and it does fit in my lansinoh hand pump. But being the wrong size and the harder angle going unto the tube makes this a not so great product.
