1. Engine too quiet. You can't easily tell if it's on or off until you see water coming out of the drain hose. This makes it a pain to use. . compared to other pumps I tried where you can hear the motor.2. Instructions are poorly written. In the "USE" section, there are 2 out of 4 actions that make no sense at all. People talk about 'suckers' without telling you what they mean by that and something about wall mounts for this 'sucker' which makes no sense and has no hardware intended for them, although it REALLY made sense . If they mean "pump" then there is no part in it that can be attached to the wall.3. The title on the cover reads "Submersible PUMP" instead of "Submersible PUMP". And there the spelling AMAZON is missing. Amazon!
