When we opened the instructions we were a bit confused but once we plugged it in it was easy and the pump still works. We water the flowers nearby because the hose was long enough. Not only is it a good pool pump (fast) but we have used it in both the hot pipe pool and the adjacent pool. Thanks very much! If I could give this pump TEN stars I would. We pumped our hot tub to the max with it!

Spa is empty with just over an inch of water remaining at the bottom. I was checking out a great store but didn't want to spend more than $100 for this rare task. Found an Agiiman pool cover pump and it did the job for a fraction of the cost. It's small so I might as well put it on the spa seat to soak up the water. As mentioned, this thing is QUIET so take good care as it doesn't have a circuit breaker and you don't want to burn out the motor.

So I bought this to drain our hot tub. Thought for the price it would be worth a try to see if it works and makes our lives easier. It took about an hour and a half to drain our hot tub with a pump, but I just dropped it and let it do its thing during that time. It worked great. Almost all the water has drained out of the tub. There was some water where the seats reclined, but that's to be expected. I literally just used a towel to soak up and dry off. I've only used it once but so far so good!

1. Engine too quiet. You can't easily tell if it's on or off until you see water coming out of the drain hose. This makes it a pain to use. . compared to other pumps I tried where you can hear the motor.2. Instructions are poorly written. In the "USE" section, there are 2 out of 4 actions that make no sense at all. People talk about 'suckers' without telling you what they mean by that and something about wall mounts for this 'sucker' which makes no sense and has no hardware intended for them…

Although I've only had this pump a couple of weeks I've been using it and the pump itself looks nice. I would love to give this little one 5 stars but the small diameter plastic tubing leaves a lot to be desired. In the box it was folded so tight that it really didn't want to straighten up so I could stretch the case as much as I could (18x36). If I could give 4.5 stars I would. I took this pump out and immediately used it in my winter shelter to remove most of the recent rain. It works great! I love how it's weighted underneath so it stays in place on the lid or wherever you pull it out. Just two minor issues: 1) I wish the hose was a little longer. It's 16 feet long, which is barely enough to get it away from the pool and somewhere in the yard for a drain. I can use a power cord extension, so I prefer a long hose over a long power…
