Review on Sleep Beyond 86 Inch Washable Comforter Bedding by Evelin Barnett

Like the other reviewer, I received a comforter that is much heavier and stiffer than the picture shows. Definitely NOT an all-season quilt, but more of a winter quilt. It's a lot bigger than the one in the photo. It is also very difficult to climb into the duvet cover because the outer layer of cotton is not smooth but tough. It's a bit like velcro on my duvet cover, which is made of smooth cotton. Because of this, it is very inconvenient to put a heavy and hard blanket inside. According to the website, this duvet is not washable but needs to be dry cleaned, which rather goes against the principle of an inorganic, MCS friendly item! I want to wash it in hopes it will soften up and pull into the duvet cover easier, but I'm afraid it will shrink even on a low setting.
