The ability to track donations in near-real time makes this app my number one choice for tracking our large donor pool. There seems to be some issues with it not syncing up at times when I have changed funds or made changes via the web interface. The support team has been amazingly responsive every step of the way helping me work through these problems as they arise. Try them out! They are really good, have lots of people behind their product and will go far beyond what you expect from them. Their customer service/support staff is second-to-none and always ready to help. We use aidhound for all of our local fundraising efforts but realized that we could also benefit from being able to view donors by donation category and giving preference to those who match certain criteria (ie. high level giver, young person). The ability for our team at AID HOUND TO BE ABLE AND HAVE THE CAPABILITY OF COLLECTING DATA FROM ANYWHERE IN OUR BUSINESS WIDE NETWORK IS AMAZON WEB SERVICES ORGANIZATION THAT I LIKE BEST AS IT'S FASTEST RESPONDER FOR US! NOT MUCH THOUGHTS ON THIS PORTAL BUT WHAT WORKED WAS EASY ACCESSIBILTY WITHIN MINUTES AFTER AN ORDER CAME THRU SO MY TEAM CAN GET UP & RUNNING QUICKLY WITHOUT WAIT TIME!!
