EONDIRECT is our go to software for our IT services business.

I like that it is very intuitive, and our clients love how fast we are able to diagnose their issues in comparison with other companies they have used previously. We also do not need to send out as many technicians to perform diagnostics - which saves us money! Honestly, nothing at this point. If there was something I would change it would probably be the price of the software itself (it can seem expensive). But overall, I am satisfied with our experience using EONDIRECT so far. Diagnosing problems quickly and accurately. Our customers appreciate being able to schedule appointments more easily than before because they know what day an appointment will fit into their schedules better.

  • Customer service/recommendation services.
  • Speed when diagnosing equipment faults or malfunctions,
  • Very straightforward interface if you don't quite understand technology terms suchas "IP address"or TCP connections; ) Easy scheduling system once basic setup has been done by technical personnel from your location who wishto become certified agents
