Review on ๐Ÿ”ง 3103 Engine Mount by Anchor by Joshua Mccall

Revainrating 3 out of 5

If indeed Anchor Mount, then the thing of the century.

There are assumptions about this part. Listed as Anchor 3103. Anchor is a respected manufacturer of bindings. If it's an anchor, the same part will cost over $100 at the aftermarket. The item was unboxed but had a 3103 sticker with the Anchor logo on it. So who knows. I bought this part because it was a cheap way to diagnose my car and find out if the previous bracket I had installed 5 months ago had gone bad. It was. (I also left a review on this part.) So I spent about $20 on this part and 15 minutes to find out the other one was bad. This fixed the problem. But who knows if it will continue. If it's some kind of fake, it'll probably break soon and I'll let you know. In fact, I can't believe it's really an anchor and expect it to fail soon. But so far there is no indication that this is not the case. If this really is Anchor, then this is the deal of the century. That's why I give it 5 stars for now. UPDATE: I canceled my 5 star review for 3 stars. Exactly a year later and already bad. So it took longer than the rest, but the part still failed.

Pros
  • Doping ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Cons
  • Good, but not great
