Review on ๐Ÿคพ Ultimate Stability Support for Volleyball and Cheerleading Sprains by Lild Zimmerly

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I recommend

I sprained my ankle quite badly a few months ago. My doctor said that I should avoid a second sprain while healing (within two months) to prevent a permanent sprain. I wore this when I exercised (treadmill, hike, orange theory) for about 6 months after my injury when my ankle pain went away. It's so beautiful and flexible you'll even forget it's there. It gave me so much confidence even when my ankle still hurt. I don't think you could physically sprain your ankle doing that. Now that I've recovered my trainer recommended not wearing it so my ankle could get stronger in all those little stabilizing muscles. But I actually bought a second one to wear on each ankle on long hikes of 10+ miles when my ankles get shaky towards the end. I have tried several orthotics and this is my favorite.
