Alexa function is a total lie. False advertising.
1 problem - the Alexa functionality does not work. Everything else works as advertised.I bought this opener BECAUSE of the advertised Alexa function. That seems false and misleading to me after attempting to solve the problem with Alexa support and Aladdin Connect support. Both companies pointed fingers at the other companies app or wouldn’t take ownership.Disappointed!
- It is really quiet. No battery backup. No motion for the lites
- Loud operation compared with other garage door openers
