Amazing for a c-section post partum
My country's health system doesn't provide heaIth care products for a post partum. So this kit was AMAZING!The foam and the cold liners were the best duo to heal. They made the journey so much better. They did help me soothe every time I had to change a pad.I would suggest to get two additional cold liner packs to cover almost a month.*Absorption worked better for me with normal night menstrual pads.The discardable shorts were really good. They don't scratch and they expand and adapt great to your body.The cold packs worked for the first two days and one was used for my scar.The peribottle isn't required if you have an expandable shower head.
