There is a hole in the protection. I'm giving the product 2 runs because there's a possibility I could cause it, but if it suggests something isn't coming out, shouldn't it be fragile? UPDATE: I've never done this before, but I went back to subtract the stars (I'd give 0 if possible) and give an update. I had a small bed bug infestation and had to wait a while before I could call an exterminator. In the meantime I've done everything I can to contain the situation, including buying this box spring cover to prevent bed bugs from infesting the box spring. Long story short, I kept waking up with bites all over my body. Imagine my horror when I pick up a quill block and see about 20 bugs on the outside and numerous bug spots on the inside of the case. I regret spending money on it. Doesn't do its job at all.
