I really don't hate this product and so far (a few weeks) it seems to be working. What you see in the picture is not what you get, the installation tool I received was different and totally useless. The instructions provided were useless as well and if you watch YouTube videos to help you with the installation please note that some of the demos were filmed during the installation of the product on a workbench and not in a real situation. If your Jeep is 4WD you will also need to work with the driveshaft that goes to the front axle. I ended up installing it, but it wasn't as simple and easy as the demo would have you believe. FULLY CERTIFIED PRICE! It reminds me of a drug company that robs people just because they're the only game in town. Unfortunately these folks are the only game in town for this part as Jeep doesn't sell this part. I believe in the free market but I hate being ripped off! Since my unit was so difficult to replace due to availability I was unable to try the other much cheaper alternatives discussed on You-Tube. Updated 09/02/2018. This register is broken!
