The rotor mounting screws have been loosened.
Upon inspection before installation, I found that the rotor mounting bolts were loose. One of them wouldn't tighten because the bolt hole in the rotor didn't line up with the mounting hole on the manifold. A new rotor purchased from a local parts store will have perfectly aligned bores. In short, I couldn't use the rotor that came with it. That being said, I found the manifold to be a great replacement for my plastic OEM.
