Clips fit perfectly but are very tight
Too expensive in my opinion. I have this so I can fit a K&N filter later. I like the air intake because it had weld spatter inside, so I stuck my hand in to sand it down. I was able to remove some of them. I was afraid it would hit my engine if it rumbled or something. In general, the sound is excellent. And I have an extra filter that needs to be replaced!
