When operating at 10 amps in a motorcycle application and the wind blows on them, active radiator cooling is not required. Just passive. The thermal paste holds up great. Sand carefully with 400 grit paper and clean very well with acetone. If your item is sensitive to acetone, use pure alcohol. I have no information on thermal paste or heatsink transfer.
