I bought it to mount my truck on trailer when I am alone. Now that I figured out the scale and how to estimate distance it helped a lot. It just took a little while. The instructions are pretty minimal, but I managed. The dashboard in my truck is high so I didn't mount it on the dash. I added a pop jack to the monitor and can hang it where I often hang my phone if needed. I have the dual camera version but I haven't added it to the trailer yet. The price difference between the single and dual camera models is relatively small, so I'm glad I bought them. Removing the cables is a hassle, but we managed. The monitor is a bit variable in angle depending on the lighting, but it works if you're patient. It's easy for smaller people to hit the camera when loading stuff into my truck, so I found the camera was at the wrong angle when I tried to use it.
