Great way manage employee knowledge

I like that it helps me track my projects and keep all of them organized in one place. It also makes tracking inventory easy! Sometimes there are bugs with the program but they do get fixed pretty quickly. In order for this tool to be effective you need to have your employees use it as well so it can help solve problems quicker than just relying on paper or emailing someone else about an issue. This has helped us save time overall by not having to search through emails looking for information or looking up parts on our own when we know where something should go. We've been able to improve productivity since everyone uses the same tools and we're always aware if anyone doesn't put things away correctly. There's no more misplacing items or forgetting what needs to be done next because everything is centralized at once.

  • Ease storage/retrieval system which saves hours upon entering into new orders, etc.
  • Quickly searches previous purchases (to avoid duplicate products)
