UPDATE 2: Upped to 5 stars for excellent issue resolution. A small piece on the right armrest came broken, and I emailed them requesting just that plastic piece to be mailed to me to replace it, and they went ahead and mailed me a whole new right armrest to replace it. Awesome!Also, if anyone's not a fan of the rotation on the armrests (I wasn't) you can disassemble the armrest and drill a small (probably 1/4 inch) screw into one of the holes you see when you get to the rotation mechanism to lock it up. Probably voids the warranty! One of the plastic pieces was hard to take apart on the way to this mechanism (the cover for the 'up and down' lever) but it pulls straight off with a little wiggling. If you use a screw that's too long, you'll lock up your up and down mechanism.Update: Seller has contacted me stating they will be sending an entire replacement armrest to fix the situation here, which is awesome. Added a star for the awesome customer service, I'll update again once I've got it installed.PROS: Comfy. Budget friendly. Sturdy. Aesthetically pleasing. Gets the job done. Very easy to put together. Came with instructions and all required tools. Almost missed the instruction package being packed underneath the chair base though.CONS: One small piece came broken. The packaging seems to have come off it a bit allowing this piece to get banged up in transit. I've contacted the seller, but haven't heard back yet. I assume they're busy given the holiday, but I'll be sure to let you guys know if they resolve this situation. Overall, not a game changer. Could probably glue it back together but a good impact might break it again so I'd rather just get a replacement part. The chair's upholstery didn't line up perfectly with the side connect bolt holes, which causes a bit of wrinkling. At $150 delivered, this definitely feels like a more expensive chair. You can see where some parts look and feel cheap, but the chair and it's main construction feels solid.
