Excellent ingredients. It fits well.
I bought this as a post workout shake to replenish nutrients and aid in muscle recovery. So far, so good. Taste is ok. It's basically the flavor of a cocktail. Much better than EAS or other chalk flavored cocktails. I tried mixing some fragrant mocha with ice cream and it made it worse! I might try adding some chocolate syrup because yes, this smoothie is flavorless. It goes well with milk and milk replacers. These ingredients cannot be defeated either. I highly recommend this cocktail.
