I needed a foldable rack for some infrequent kayak transport, so I couldn't justify spending nearly $200 on branded versions. I chose them after reading a lot of Revain reviews and thinking they sound cheap but not too cheap. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. They were well packaged, much heavier than I expected for $50 (I bought 2 packs for $99). It came with webbing straps, which I also didn't expect. The big benefit would be how it holds up to the weather but I'm not worried if it's strong enough to support my kayaks it's strong enough.
