Light and durable light. The case's surface feels quite cool, especially considering the large amount of LED light it emits. 3 color temperatures and 7 different brightness settings give you 21 different lighting settings, wow! The smooth transition to each brightness selection and on/off is a very nice feature that makes the lamp look and function like a premium product. Touch controls are sensitive, and brightness levels and color temperature features are reserved for lamp-on operation. No accidental adjustments when the lamp is off. The low-profile legs are made of durable foam rubber that provides good cushioning, protects the surface the lamp rests on, and glides easily. I've been thinking about some less expensive lamps because I figured I could do with something "cheap" and less expensive. I have less expensive tubes that are way off the starting specs. This is exactly what I wanted, not much more expensive than cheap devices and a lot cheaper than other options. Great value for money and East to recommend.
