I have never ordered hair online without feeling it first and choosing the color personally. I was very skeptical that this was advertised as real human hair. I received my package much quicker than expected and the company told me it would be delivered quicker and I was pleasantly surprised. I received the hair and immediately saw how beautiful it is and how correctly it is advertised. I went for a dark and light blonde ponytail and it matched my hair perfectly. I washed it as instructed and then I had a few questions as I didn't want to ruin my hair. I asked the company a few questions and they responded very quickly and always made sure I was happy with everything. I let them air dry and the flat iron worked great to straighten my hair. I have very thin hair and putting it in a ponytail makes it small. It adds so much volume. I will post before and after photos. I just need to insert 2 invisibles to secure it. This company was one of the best I have dealt with on Amazon. The cost of the tail does not match the quality. The quality is much higher and the company asked me questions to make sure I was happy. I will definitely be ordering more products just based on customer service and hair quality. Don't waste your time at mall kiosks with hair extensions or ponytails, it's worth it.
