I like that it is so easy to use for all of our staff in both clinic settings, as well as home health! It's very flexible too--we can add new apps when we need them without having an expensive upgrade fee every time (like some other programs). The interface could be improved but there are many things you get used to quickly once using this program-it really makes your job easier by giving us access from anywhere at anytime. We have been able to keep everyone informed about patient needs even if they aren't physically present or don't feel comfortable calling their provider directly. This has increased communication between providers which helps provide better care overall.
