Bought this instead of other cheaper brands that were comparable to my new Champion 3500w Dual Fuel Generator. The Champion generator is well designed and well made, so the Champion brand generator accessories are of the same quality. While the power cord is advertised as being flexible in both low and high temperatures, this is not true. It's not what I would call really cold at the moment, the temp is 20-30. I attempted to unwrap the cord from the box to test it from the generator to my kitchen window, measuring in at just over 14 feet, leaving just over 10 feet inside the house. Well the thing is so NOT flexible I can barely get the female end of the cord inside. It's like trying to stretch one of those old toys from the 60's (Slinky). The cord poses a major hazard when I need to use it, at least during winter power outages. Now I understand why Revain has been selling cables "used like new" for the past few months, everyone seems to be sending them back. I think I'll try to leave the cable in the house overnight and then hurry up and reattach it as soon as possible. By the way, in addition to minuses in cold weather, it also produces electricity.
