OMG Thanks Revane. We looked up and down, Ace, Lowes, Home Depot, the local plumbing store that usually stocks everything, and Grigg Plumbing, an online shop that said it had a replacement for a discontinued Nibco 90 vacuum sealer that was on our bib failed it is useless for water. my garden on hot August days. The installation in our 165 year old house is a nightmare and when we were told we would have to call a plumber to install a new hose because parts were not available we panicked because the hose connection was deep in the wall with copper soldered was without access and it would cost a lot of dollars and a lot of effort to fix it. This little $9 part was the correct diameter and had thick threads like our old part. When we ordered from Grigg they sent us two parts to order for their replacement "nibco90", one was the wrong diameter with the correct heavy thread and the other was the correct diameter with the fine thread. This one was spot on. If you have a Nimco 90 on your bib and they were widely available until they were discontinued in the early 2000s, give this bit a try. This saved our bacon and I am ordering three more as we have three old tube bibs in this house and I do NOT want to go through that again!
