It works - cables, adapters and multiple sockets

This is exactly what I needed. I live in an old house that still has a few two-pronged outlets. Buying a converter from a convenience store didn't work with one of the larger pins (the one with ground I think). But this device has pins of the same size. This is the perfect adapter for my 3 pin device. I use this in California but I can see how great it would be when traveling.
