I've only been using this screen for a few weeks, so my review isn't related to the durability of the product. It was easy to set up for dual screen on my laptop. The guide menu was clear and very helpful. I'm a software developer, so it's not difficult for me. If you are not a technician you may need to follow the instructions carefully. I urgently need 2 screens for multitasking. It was delivered quickly, just in time for my next appointment. It worked like a charm for a few weeks. There are no complaints yet.
