I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.
I bought the first nikkor 24-70 instead of the one who died at work. White, with an official guarantee, cost 66,500. Pros
- Pleasant design, does not seem flimsy and plastic, unlike the first version. AF is faster than the first version of the tamron, but slower than the second nikkor. The tenacity and accuracy of af is sufficient, but not phenomenal. Tracking AF works well (Nikon d4, d750). Cutting. Unlike nikkor compact. The stabilizer is fantastic: you can shoot from 1/2 at the wide end with your hands.
Cons
- A fly in the ointment for a price half that of Nikon. The rear lens and microcircuits under it are in no way protected from water and foreign objects getting there. For amateur use, it's not a problem, but for pros, everything happens in a fever. AF in the dark is sometimes refocused with a clearly distinguishable second movement. On all three copies viewed so. Unusually, it seems long. The hyperfocal distance is large. That is, to fit everything into the flu if necessary is a non-trivial task. And of course the retractable trunk.
