Nice product —- but—-The valve used to switch water flow between heads does not totally stop the flow to the hand held when rotated to the fixed head. This is irritating as the light water flow runs down the hand held head, down the hose when in the docking location and onto my wall turn on valve causing me concern that over time it will seep behind the fixture and into the shower wall.Second—-When the hand held is in the docking location it interferes with the users ability to adjust the output downward spray pattern of the fixed head - unless it is placed in the complete vertical position.It is because of these reasons I am really not very satisfied with the overall performance of this product. Would hope your engineers responsible for product design and testing would come up with a corrected design and offer it as an upgrade - at a low or no cost option - to those of us with this model.Due to the problem with the switch valve, I will be returning this product.
