Worth changing if you know what you're doing
Installed on a 2004 Chevy Classic (2003 Malibu) just because those older designs are known to fail. I highly recommend removing the valve cover and tapping on the chain to release chain tension. It wasn't published alone and it's very easy to follow the link and knock the time.
