Easy Dialer with good customer service

I liked how easy it was to set up and customize my account. It's very intuitive and allows you to add more features as your business grows! The UI isn't great but they're working hard at making improvements. If you are looking into building out an inbound dialing program then this product will be great for you. We were able to build our own dialers using other products but we wanted something integrated so that all of our teams could work together from one tool. There have been many times where we've had trouble getting support when trying to figure things out ourselves. This has led to us spending hours troubleshooting issues instead of focusing on growing our business.
