I bought these locks because the local Lowes was completely exhausted and you turned to Revain when all else failed. Looking for black door hardware. They were much prettier than I expected. So I ordered another set. I ordered them early enough in case I didn't like them. So after a couple of weeks I put them in and exactly on the 4th and 5th day they stopped working. At first they closed normally, but when I got home the doorknob was just turning. So the next day I used a different door because I remember my main door was broken. As luck would have it, the next day exactly the same problem with another door. For a few days I could only use deadbolt locks. Later that week I had my contractor come back. He said something fell into it. Poor quality was his final diagnosis. At this point I have just gone through the 30 day return policy. Long story short, both locks failed in less than 2 weeks. So I had to pay for installation and new locks.
