Review on 📒 Strathmore 300 Series Mixed Media Pad (362-9), 9"x12", 40 Sheets by Doris Tran

I use the Strathmore 300 Side Spiral Binding Acid-Free Medium Weight Mixed Media 5.5" x 8.5" for sketching, painting and quick experimentation with very light watercolors with a small amount off Water. The smoother side texture goes well with my 2mm soft slate mechanical pencil, love the size. The spiral binding means it opens fully or you can fold the used pages and front cover. I just love the feel of my Luminance colored pencils, my thinner graphite pencils and even soft to medium charcoal on this paper. And the notebook is small enough to take with you, but not pocket-sized. My only complaint is that I would have liked a version with twice as many sheets as I review the notebook every three weeks. That being said, I really like these pads and plan to continue using them for sketching and drawing in a variety of ways. It's not suitable for harder pins or anything that requires a tooth, but for everything else I think it's great.
