I wanted to replace a bare lightbulb with a chain in my bedroom closet. After some research, I decided that a motion-detecting LED would be the best alternative. As others have written, the supplied screw heads don't go through the pre-drilled holes in the mount, so you'll need to attach the mount - it's no big deal, but I believe it should be fixed during production. . Also, in my nearly 70 year old house, I found that my electrical box didn't match the pre-drilled hole sizes on this bracket - mine were 1/4 inch closer together. So I just drilled a new hole in the bracket. But again, this could be an additional option, especially since it's likely a product for older homes. The flat mount does not cause gap problems when removing boxes from the top shelves of the cabinet, and the light (warm) is very bright but not glaring. If I could I would probably give this product 4 1/2 stars given the installation adjustments required, but I preferred to generalize given my overall satisfaction with the end results.
