Unfortunately I was very excited to build a smoker temperature controller with this product because it would save me time and be great value for money seemed. but without fiddling, it will display the correct temperature. It always read something within a few degrees of 150F at room temperature, a probe in ice or a probe in hot water. I would try a different thermocouple if I had one and was tempted to buy it and try it because I really wanted it to work, but there was no point throwing good money after bad so I went back to Revain . While this product showed promise, especially for the price, I've since moved on to my alternative plan and built my own Wi-Fi enabled ESP8266 for half the cost.
