Disappointing Foot Roller for Plantar Fasciitis Relief
Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, i was excited to try this foot roller .Unfortunately it did not live up to its promises. While it was initially comfortable, it did not provide the deep tissue massage that is necessary for true plantar fasciitis relief. The roller quality was also subpar and after a few uses, it began to squeak. Health and Household enthusiasts should avoid this product..
