Review on Kitma 13" Gas Wok Range - 95,000 BTU Commercial Natural Gas Restaurant Equipment by Harley Franchetti

Do not purchase this product if you would like the manufacturer to stand behind their product! Nothing is wrong with the wok itself construction wise. It seems well constructed, but I have no idea about the functionality since I’ve been unable to use mine because it arrived with only 3 legs in the sealed box (one leg was missing). I cannot assemble it with only 3 legs given that it would be unstable and fall over easily.I received this product 7 weeks ago and have been trying to resolve issue with the manufacturer (in China) ever since. I should have know that I was in trouble when I called their customer service line multiple times and no one answered - turns out that it was a cell phone which they eventually texted me from to see what I wanted.From this point, a company representative text me from the cell phone about the issue, but we eventually switched over to correspondence via emails which seemed to be a more reasonable method of communicating vs texting. They told me the issue would be taken care of, but Kitma has since stopped responding to my email requests for an update on where things stand regarding this issue being resolved. At one point about a month ago, they even suggested that I purchase the missing leg locally if I was in a hurry - what a joke!?!Foolishly, I attempted to deal with the manufacturer instead of just returning it to Ebay, but at the time it seemed like a simple enough fix. Buyer beware!
