Review on EBL 8-Pack AAA Rechargeable Batteries With 1100MAh Capacity, Smart C807 Battery Charger, And Micro USB Charging Cable by Richard Dean

I was pretty happy to get the rechargeable batteries and charger on time. And all is good except one of the channels I believe is not working. It remains green even when it should be red. I even took a battery that was showing red and put it in the channel and it showed green.So I know it's not working. I like the whole unit and trust EBL. I just want all of the slots to be able to recharge the batteries.I wrote this review on another part of Ebay under the manufacturer's page so I'm hoping they will get a hold of me. I'm sure it's just a small thing, but it's a big thing to me.A contact from the company and a resolution will change my one star to Five stars.I'll update this as soon as EBL and myself communicate.UPDATE:Emma from EBL reached out to me via email as soon as she received my message.After reviewing the video I sent her regarding the malfunction, she immediately sent me a new unit which works just fine.It is this kind of Customer-Service more companies should focus on. And because they took immediate action to rectify the problem I will always do business with this company in the future.
