I like that there is an option to have a mobile friendly website, which allows me to book from my phone or tablet. There is also an option for hotel owners to be able to see their room rates, availability, etc. This helps them make better decisions about their hotels. The software is easy to use, and it's free! I think the only thing I dislike is that sometimes the booking engine will not work when you try to book through it. It just freezes for no reason. It's something I've been trying to fix by contacting support, but nothing has changed. Make sure you contact support if this happens! We are able to check rates, availability, etc. of our hotels, which helps us make better decisions about where we stay.
