I was diagnosed with tendinopathy of the right achilles tendon and one of my doctors advised me to buy marathon running shoes. The urgency made me think about ordering shoes online. I was a bit concerned about this because not all shoe companies make shoes in the same size. They all fit a little differently, even if they're the same size. But I'm too busy to find a shoe store and have too much time, so I gave these shoes a try. Overall they had a 5 star rating and I am happy to report that the rating is well deserved. I love the fact that they already lace up perfectly, so all you have to do is slip them on, tie the laces and you're done. My fears about the size were unfounded as they fit my foot perfectly. I've found that new shoes often need a break-in period, but I've even forgotten that I put on new shoes shortly after putting them on. I also feel like these shoes are already helping my tendinopathy so I'm thrilled! These are my first Brooks shoes and now they are my favorites! Two thumbs up!
